Acted as experts in GAFTA arbitration (London) in 2 proceedings on the issue of transaction invalidity under Russian law. Successfully underwent cross-examination.

Engaged as an expert on Russian law in a dispute before the Supreme Court of Ireland involving a world leader in nitrogen production. Prepared 17 expert opinions.
Acted as experts on Russian law in an LCIA arbitration in a claim to recover $1 billion USD in damages from a Cypriot trading company. As a result, $500 million USD was recovered.
