He has extensive experience in handling complicated projects in international arbitration, state courts, and bankruptcy cases on behalf of major Russian and international clients. For more than 20 years , he has successfully represented clients in arbitration courts and general jurisdiction courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
Being a recognized expert in Russian and international private law, Feodor has been engaged as an expert in numerous international arbitrations and court cases. Over the past few years, he has prepared more than 20 expert opinions on Russian law for foreign companies (including for the High Court of London, the High Court of Ireland, and international arbitration institutions such as ICC, LCIA, and GAFTA)
- Successfully protecting the interests of LLC "NVK" (the largest railway car repair company in Russia) in a dispute for recovery of damages in favor of LLC "TC "EvrazHolding" in a court hearing at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The legal position developed by the team was supported by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and included in the Review of Judicial Practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 2 (2022)., acts of lower court were overturned.
- Representing the largest creditor in a high-profile bankruptcy case pertaining to a former business partner, as well as in numerous related disputes for the total amount exceeding 15 billion rubles.
- Successfully representing a well-known Russian entrepreneur in the banking and aluminum industries in a corporate dispute for the restoration of corporate control over a bank.
- Advising one of the most successful businessmen in Kazakhstan in a corporate conflict between shareholders of several SPVs registered in London, Singapore, and Dubai.

- Successful representing the interests of a major shareholder of the largest Internet provider in Kazakhstan in the international arbitration in a dispute with a subsidiary of one of the world's largest telecommunications companies. Arbitration proceedings on two of the opponent's claims were terminated due to lack of competence, and the arbitration clause was declared void.
- Elaboration and successful realization of a strategy for the client’s exit from the shareholding of the group of companies earlier acquired by him (UK, Singapore) with full compensation for the costs incurred for the acquisition of shares and the costs of legal consultants.
- Representing the interests of a private investor in the framework of debt recovery under a loan agreement from a manufacturing company, focusing efforts on bringing the persons controlling the debtor to subsidiary liability. For the first time in Russian court practice, legal entities were brought to subsidiary liability along with beneficiaries - individuals: the company to which the debtor's business was transferred, and the company that was used to evade taxes.
- Representing the interests of the founder of the “Svyaznoy” group of companies in disputes with the creditors and in his personal bankruptcy proceedings in the amount of more than 50 000 000 USD with the restoration of the missed deadline for appeal after several years. All controversial issues have been resolved.
